3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 99club account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, 99club reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.

All information provided during registration and subsequently — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, national identity number (CNIC), and payment details — must be truthful and accurate. 99club will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the verified identity on the account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

99club supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific transaction.

4.1 Deposits

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 99club account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the respective institutions. 99club does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and other materials available on the 99club platform are the exclusive property of 99club or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system underlying the platform.

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical errors, platform downtime, or service interruptions.

99club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
